Aga nightmare – domestic godess

My aga has been a nightmare more days not working than working service dept. now dont want to know although still under warranty a very expensive mistake sitting in a cold kitchen with a carry out meal yet again any lawyers out there who fancy a challange please e-mail I realy need HELP
