Don't convert to AIMS – Lady P

Sold conversion from oil to 13 Amp AIMS. It has never worked as it should, costs more than twice as much to run as it should and it isn't programmable as it should be. By 11 months AGA got it to cook reasonably but by fitting a plate that makes the fumes come into the kitchen . Engineers have done their best but management reaction has been purely to try not to compensate us. Their defence to our Court claim seems to rest on stating we use more fuel because our house is bigger than a 2 person house. With a 4 oven AGA? We’ve bought 9 Rayburns and Agas in 30 years management attitude is digusting. Everhot?
