My temperamental Aga – cherrytree

This is my second new Aga. I love cooking on it, and there is nothing I can't cook on it and I do an awful lot of serious cooking. However this gas fired beauty goes out whenever the wind blows in the wrong direction. No-one can solve the problem. And why do spares take longer than the usual time to come? I am waiting for a new ignitor and was told today that Aga are "rather slow" at sending spares. Why? Car parts come overnight nowadays.
