Our Aga long journey – sm7xab

The same day as it became clear to us that we became the proud owners of our new home, we were discussing what to do with the kithcen. Just out of the blue, we both said "wouldn't it be nice with an Aga" in there? So, we went to look for used ones. We wanted a solid fuel one and those are no longer made :-( We found one located a couple of kilometres from our new home and bought it directly. It turns out it had been used in the personel kitchen at a sugar refinery nearby. It was some work to get it into the house, an old 4 stove Aga is not exactly lightweight camping equipment. After some work using a tractor and building cranes inside, we got it into place and the master chimney sweep approved the installation a week or so later. We are happily using it everyday (especially during winter time) and really love this stove.
