My lovely aga – Elwyn

The aga was put in by my mother in law over 20 years ago, it used to be run on solid fuel. After my father in law died in 1989, the aga was converted to oil as it was easier for my mother in law to maintain. We have now moved into the family home and love our aga because it heats the house, hot water, dries washing and we run a radiator runs off it. There is nothing better than coming in from a cold day and warming yourself against the aga! At the moment the house is being renovated and when finished, the aga will take pride of place in our new kitchen.
