The best bread – Kempston family AGA

Throw away that bread maker! Why heat up another oven to make inferior bread? I make the best bread daily in the AGA. I make the dough as per usual in a food mixer with a dough hook whilst eating breakfast. Then I roll the dough in a seed mix before breaking it into individual rolls. These take only an hour or so to rise when placed on the AGA top. Then I put them in the hottest oven for 15 minutes. Done by lunchtime and taking less time than going to the bakers. Also, the best tasting bread you can have. Or, I make a loaf instead sometimes. This needs 51 minutes in the 2nd hottest oven. Just as wonderful.
