In China-Can't Wait to Go Home! – Jean Short

Qingdao, CHINA is where I am right now! I love working at the international school here on the Yellow Sea, but there is an AGA in my garage waiting to be installed! My son, Timothy (teacher in Montgomery County School in Maryland, USA) wrote me there was an AGA for sale on EBAY! He's heard my AGA stories for years about the warmth I experienced while with a friend living in England. I contacted the owner, who happened to have the AGA in storage only 15 minutes away from my other son, Dean (an attorney in LA). While on home leave during Christmas Break, I went to see the AGA and I bought it!!! In May of this past year, we hauled it to my River House and put it into the garage until I get home to coordinate the installation. I don't even know if there is anyone north of SF who will be able to help me! I will be in my house this Christmas and in Cobham, England this summer. Hope to take a cooking class, meet an installer and make a plan of attack. Any help in this adventure will be appreciated! I also bought a terra Cotta General from China and he is in the garage too...guarding the AGA!!!!
