late starter with my aga – julie gray

I had dreamed of an aga for years. I spent many an evening leaning against a friends Aga, not even cooking on it. Well house extension brought opportunity to have one. We chose a night storage, 4 oven electric. it just gets better and better. All the things people promised have come true. Food is never the same again. roasts are never a tough disaster, stress levels when catering for a crowd lower and my coordination has improved beyond recognition. We select the produce we cook so much more carefully since the aga lets you enjoy simple, well produced and cooked food. My husband loves it! never done so much cooking . His jackets are only the start of it. Even the kids are involved. Toast in bed on a sunday is now regular and they are only 8 and 9. Would never ever be without one ever!
