It's my turn now – Moya

As a child, all my extended family seemed to have Aga's, but we did not. When my last cooker - a Canon built in oven - was on its last legs - it was 21 years old and only had two temperatures, on or off - I worked very hard indeed to ensure it was replaced with what I wanted, an Aga. With a lump sum following redudancy, I did it. A reconditioned, Dark Blue darling, it came from Cheshire, and was installed by a local chap. And all of you will know, it is like having a cosy friend in the kitchen. My cooking is now intuitive, as and we have all the fantastic slow cooked roasts I always wanted. Favorite at the moment is a Whole Leg of Mutton, and my bread baking is to die-for. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
