AGA Stories

old is best – the butlers

My Aga was secondhand in 1988, I couldn't afford a new one. The top has been re enamelled but the 'innards' now need replacing. I too am amazed that Aga haven't done more to promote how eco friendly an Aga is. True, it runs all the time, but how many times would you have to replace a conventional oven during the lifetime of an Aga? Mine is a 1970's model and is still great. Think of the saving in raw materials
