I am an Aga demonstrator. I am from an Aga family - my grandmother had one, my mother, my sister and I all have them. I cannot imagine cooking on something with knobs and dials after all these years! I began by baking cakes on the Aga to sell, which spiralled into a serious catering business before I started to teach Aga cooking - the best job in the world!
