Why i Hate AGA – mistral

Bought an AGA electric stove 1 year ago. As a cooking tool it fails to perform in key areas and is poorly designed. There is nothing to stop spills on the cooktop from spilling over the back vent or sides. Oven takes over 35 mins to heat up (and this from an electric oven). Vent hood took over 4 months to arrive, manual was useless as was AGA customer support. Even the electrical info in the manual was incorrect....its NOT 18 amps and if it was it would need a seperate circuit!! Ordered a duct cover which we will never get as store went bankrupt. AGA will not honor that purchase. AGA needs to get its act together. We spent a fortune on AGA products and the company is completely unable to deliver a quality product or provide decent customer support. Meanwhile we have to file a claim with the US Government to get our money back (which AGA has) though AGA like to blame the store. What a joke!!!
