Very old Aga! – Oates family

This is our 2nd aga & we wouldn't be without one! We inherited this one with an old farmhouse. It was installed in 1946 and it still runs on coal! It's a bit of a hassle having to fill it up and riddle out the ash once/twice a day but its worth it. The Aga gets used for all sorts - cooking (obviously!), ironing, drying clothes, drying rugby boots, keeping our black lab warm, drying artwork and also gets used as a seat by our youngest when he comes home from shool!
