Kitchen Renovation and Thanksgiving 2008 – Greenwood Cottage

We purchased our Aga in October 2007 but it was not installed in our newly renovated kitchen until the day before Thanksgiving 2008. Learned how to work with six burners and three ovens quite quickly. Have to say that we were not prepared for the 14 lb turkey to be cooked in 2 hours when it usually took 3 to 3.5 hours in our conventional oven. We had 15 family and friends over for the day, and they all love the remodeled kitchen, but the star is the Aga! Our Greenwood Cottage is now complete.
