bought the aga, got the house for free! – Hollydolly

Well, not quite, but when we were house-hunting my top priority was a range - never mind what the rest of house was like! I was delighted to discover an Aga when we viewed and even more delighted that I loved the rest of the house as well. Although neglected, a visit to my local Aga shop soon had me kitted out with all the cleaning gear and it didn't take much work to get it gleaming! It is now my greatest friend - I can leave a meal to cook whilst doing other things, I rarely use a tumble drier any more as the Aga dries it all, there's always a warm welcome in the kitchen and best of all it makes wonderful porridge! It is a brilliant helper to a working mum - I don't know how I ever lived without it.
