poor customer service – 355 SFW

I hope you all never have cause to require waranty work. Rayburn fitted 06/08 flue box does not fit correctly hot plate handle stripped all enamel off locator pin and boiler thermostat control does not fit properly. Still waiting to be rectified and its now NOVEMBER some body needs sacking. The only way to get satisfaction must be to buy the company so I will buy some Shares and embarasssse the Chairman at the AGM.
