Finaly our Aga – Agargantua

We moved into our new home in september 08 and we installed our first and brand new AGA. It's an electric one with AIMS. We had to wait 24hours with the aga working and without being allowed to use it!. Finaly we cooked our fisrt simple meal, just pork with roasted potatoes. Man, we realised that we had forgot how pork tastes! Perfect familly meal. Just before we cooked an astoning "consomé" with just a little piece of beef, some vegetables and... cooked it in the simmering oven for all the day. It was marcelous. Now, it's time to cook all the others dishes and invite friends and familly... and wait to know how does it consumes in electricity with AIMS. News in a month...
