30 years – Jean

Have always loved Aga's and cooking since the age of Fifteen and now after thirty years we have had one installed. It's in my favourite colour green. I like to call it 'British Rail Green' after the colour of the old steam engines, although the showroom wasn't to happy with that discription as it is officially called 'British Racing Green.' I prefer the more industrial terminology! We named it 'Jean' after my wifes Auntie who left us some money in her Will that contributed towards the cost. My wife, my two wee men and my dog - a Border Collie - love it also. It's on all the time as it should be - if it's to hot in the kitchen we just open a window, simple! I also make sure I am the first one up to put the kettle on!
