The Long Wait – AGA nut

My Aga awaits me, wrapped in bubble wrap in the corner of the 'lounge-to-be-a-kitchen' sitting on a pallet... I have waited for my Aga 28 years and although so close, am thwarted by our snails pace house renovations! (no papering over cracks here - lets re-plaster instead!) So, the utility room is my kitchen for now; resplendent with a pint size gas cooker c/w eye-level grill - cooking for 7 of us I fry onions & cook root veg in oven / dry laundry & washing-up above grill - not when on - but from terrific heat loss from tin-foil insulation clad oven and oh, how many times have I left oven on all night! Also got rid of electric kettle and toaster even the microwave's gone! How many more hints must I give? ***PLEASE DARLING - I WANT MY AGA*** And before any more of our children leave home and before I get too old!!! X X
