Why I don't love my Aga! – Pip Wheeler

After buying a 'cooker for life' I find myself missing my family holiday waiting in , yet again, for an engineer to fix it. 7 repairs in 4 years is extremely poor along with the 5 days (on average) I am left without cooking facilities for me and my family on every single occasion. Poor customer services,a lack of communication and engineers turn up without any spare parts. ridiculous. The colour should be called 'white elephant'. £5000 for a cupboard. If i could physically get it out of my kitchen I would do. Disappointing.
