I make and sell custom cabinets so I was pretty familiar with all types of ranges so when it come to getting the one for my own home I was torn between using commelrcial stainless and a AGA I went to a Kitchen and Bath show and the representative of AGA was there with the ranges. I took that as a kind of omen that I was suppose to have a AGA Range besides I really loved them before we went to show. I have a traditional with 3 ovens and two hobs and a 4 burner two oven stank alone beside of it. I have never really used the stand alone for the tradional is always on.Everyone ask me if it isnt hot in the summer months I just tell them that is what they made air conditioning. It took a little getting ust two the way it cooks but once you kind of master that it went fine. I love my AGA a lot and brag a lot on it I know it is not for everyone but if they had one and got ust to it they would not give it up, I know I woun't.Good luck if you get one you will love it Wes
