Sindy's Aga – Sindy's Place

For 19 years I coveted an aga. I chose the 6-4 because I cook a lot but had no room for an aga with a flue. Xmas meals are free of "could do with another oven" worries. What a winner. Cleaning's a breeze and have taught my kids how to take advantage of residual heat!! We suffer from a few allergies, are vegan & vegetarian and am surprised that there are no books on aga cooking for vegans & allergy sufferers. We don't know everything but will help give any cook book a kick start.
