Sindy's Aga – Sindy's Place

For 19 years I coveted an aga. I chose the 6-4 because I cook a lot but had no room for an aga with a flue. Xmas meals are free of "could do with another oven" worries. What a winner. Cleaning's a breeze and have taught my kids how to take advantage of residual heat!! As you can see from the picture my kitchen isn't going to be finished until this summer. We suffer from a few allergies, are vegan & vegetarian and am surprised that there are no books on aga cooking for vegans & allergy sufferers. We don't know everything but will help give any cook book a kick start.
