Dream come true! – Daisy

I always wanted an Aga which we couldn't afford.30 years ago my husband drove an aging Series II Landrover 200 miles to bring a second hand,light blue, solid fuel Aga, in bits, home.The springs were flat with the weight but after installation, we never looked back.It was the one thing I didn't want to leave at our old house but fortunately there was a clogged up, unused one at the new home which we got going, converted to oil. Like their parents, our grand children warm their feet in the lower oven, dry their clothes on the rail and the animals fight for the best place in the winter. Brilliant!
