Cooking Good Cookery Courses – Carolyn Chesshire

Having spent half a lifetime cooking with solid fuel Rayburns and secretly coveting friends' AGAS, my dream AGA came into my life in 2005. A fabulous, original, classic, four-oven cream affair, dated 23 April 1949! It now presides in my sunny, country kitchen where I produce award-winning breakfasts and delicious dinners for my B & B business and run Cooking Good Cookery Courses for lovers of local and seasonal food cooked with passion and love on an AGA. Slow Food at its best. My gas cooker sulks, unloved and unused on the opposite wall! COOKERY COURSE & BED & BREAKFAST: www.lowerbuckton.co.uk Herefordshire/Shropshire borders
