Early days frustration – Roy

Our sparkling new AIMS Aga was so unreliable when it was fitted we almost had it taken out. I'm so pleased we didn't. After excellent service from Blades in Oxted who humoured our temper tantrums with grace, all was fixed and it is performing brilliantly. I do suspect that Aga have been doing research and development at the expense of the customer!
