The lovely cooker – Carole

My Aga has been the single biggest factor in the success of my home baking business. From 4 loaves one day in June 2005 to over 250 per week this year. She works extremely hard, produces exceptional quality soda breads and hasn't given me a moment's trouble. I bought a second range, a New World Spirit 18 months ago and it doesn't come close. Not a day goes by that I don't wish I had scraped together the extra €1000 and bought a second Aga instead.
