stateside aga – monca belisle

i have lived in the same small house for over 30 years. now an empty nester i had the option of selling and finding a different home or staying put and doing a few special modifications on this one. i chose to stay here since i'm close to seattle but still have 2 acres of gardens, orchard, and pasture for my 3 pooches to enjoy. top of my list was to install an aga in my farm kitchen. most of my friends had never even heard of an aga much less understand why i wanted one. my grandparents were from england and i love to cook so the transition to aga cooking has been pretty easy and the stove makes such a beautiful addition to the house.our weather is very comparable to the u.k's so it warms the place up as well!
