How I found AGA and can't stop baking.......... – Banana Loaf Queen

I have always, always wanted an AGA and was SO delighted when a remodelling of our kitchen afforded an opportunity to fit in a two oven AGA. Since installation I just can't seem to stop baking - even though the children have left home and my husband is not a 'cake man'. He is, however, a 'bread man' so I can indulge myself in producing loaf after loaf after loaf! The 'view from my AGA' is worth mentioning. Here on the beautiful Isle of Man, when I stand with my back to the AGA sipping my morning tea I can gaze through the window across the sea to Ireland. Shifting slightly I can see over the hills of the Island through to Scotland and - if I forsake the AGA's warmth and take my tea out to the front of the house I can gaze across the sea to Wales and the Lake District. I'm not the only person on this Island with an AGA but you can bet I have the best views!
