Do I need an Aga? – soraya

I really wanted an AGA when we moved to Collieston the house only had electricity and if that went off there was no heating at all. There had been a range in at one time as there was a concrete base for one. Sadly, the chimney flue position meant only a two oven Aga fitted. Had a tough time explaining to my Dad that it satayed on all day, you couldn't adjust it and there was no grill!! He came to stay, the lights went off and he made tea in the morning without noticing! One more Aga fan. Had mine for 6 years and its one of the few things that I've ever bought that is better than I had anticipated. I love mine with a passion and it even hurts to switch it off to get it serviced!
