Asian Delights – Punjaga

My aga has adapted very well over the year's to cook mainly Indian Food from Popadoms on the hot plate, tandoori in the top of the top oven and lovely slow cooked curries and dahls in the simmering oven. Many years ago I came 3rd in an Aga Cook of the Year competition and had a great time cooking my Indian Menu. Mine is definately a 'A Red Hot Favourite'
