Longing for an Aga! – Penny

In our previous house my husband installed a Raeburn and it was the centre of our home. When we moved I survived on an electric split level thing - and grudgingly baked cakes as the oven was so bad. At last I have a new Aga and it is a joy to use. I am back into baking - cakes, biscuits, traybakes - what fun! Once again casseroles, pasta dishes and mince taste so good! And, of course, everyone congregates around the Aga when they arrive home cold or wet.
