I'm not happy – Heather

I had my new Aga installed in the beginning of February this year and it's still not installed properly. On the day of installment it arrived with a chipped front and badly moulded top so the hot plates don't fit properly.A month later the new top arrived and having had to switch my Aga off, we found thie new top was worse than the old one. I still don't have a top that fits after over two months and no one has let me know when or if it is going to arrive. I have written letters and made phone calls to complain about the service. I have heard nothing back and when I try to call I get passed from one person to another, then told someone will call me back and I never hear from anyone. The service is appalling. This is a note in brief, other problems haven't been mentioned.I've had an Aga before in a previous house and loved it but I'm getting to the stage where I'm going to ask to have this one removed. you pay too much for such a poor service and poorly constructed product.
