How our bakery started – Honeybuns

Hallo, My name is Emma & I love my Aga! Having been brought up with a gorgeous duck egg blue oil fired AGA at home, it was always my yearning to have our very own "grown up" model. I learnt to bake by watching mum proving "yeastie" buns on the top of the aga - the rich dough covered with a tea towel & us kiddies watching with drooling anticpation. I've always baked since then. As a student I'd bake & barter. My typing was (and still is) shocking on account of me swapping buns for neatly typed dissertations.... In 1998 I took the leap of starting my own bakery business. New product development still takes place in our home kitchen - friends are always on hand to taste new creations.
