My story is not a good one sadly.I have a 6-4 and feel I bought an expensively styled electric oven that doesn't perform. Firstly the bottom right (slow oven) leaks water out of the bottom after being on for a few hours (have checked vent, covered under casserole lid with greaseproof paper but still problem persists). Secondly nobody can tell me what should I clean the (cold) ovens with, 'simple soap and water' after a roast has been in there just doesn't do it. Having saved for years and finally convinced my husband to buy an aga I feel somewhat disappointed, especially as all advice available appears to be for the traditional aga.The photocopied pieces of paper that form 'the instructions' I got with my brand new aga don't shed any light and neither do technical support.Am I the only one with these problems??
