Animal friendly Aga – Rosie

Our Aga is 28 years old and came with the house. We've owned it for 23 years - I hadn't used one before but I am now utterley converted to it. It's the focal point of the kitchen keeping it warm and is so easy to cook on being hot all the time. Our animals love it too our dog, cat and kittens all sleep by it - sometimes it's difficult to get near it to cook! It's also brilliant for drying out wet clothes and boots etc. and airing washing. We keep ours on all year round as we cook a lot in the summer all the fresh fruit and veg we grow etc. I can't think of many appliances that would still be in perfect working order when used everyday for over 28 years as ours has been!
