Healthy Eating – Food Policeman

As a Nutritional Therapist I find an Aga a very healthy cooking appliance. No need for pressure cookers or steamers to help retain nutrients. Potatoes and vegetables cook without direct heat in minimal fluid which means that valuable nutrients are not lost. Whilst at the same time cooking lean meats without the need for extra fat as there is no rapid drying out of tender cuts. All of this and my husband who is a Sports Masseur uses the AGA to warm his clients' towels. WE WISH YOU ALL A HEALTHY HAPPY AGA !!
