AGA Stories

soul – ceecee

I grow up with an Aga in a farm house. This was not a successful event as it was a coke Aga which was a lot of hard work and then was later converted to electric. My mother never really liked it as it was unpredictable. I had no wish for an Aga but when we settled down here having travelled the world for 30 years into a new house there was something missing. We have a lovely 5 bedroom house but it had no character. My husbands arm was twisted and in came what he describes as his mini. The house now has a soul. It takes the chill off everywhere, is the centre of the house and makes a house a home. I love cooking on it and would not go back to any other sort of cooker.
