My Aga – Stevie

I love cooking stir fries on my Aga, and, yes, an Aga definitely is hot enough for a stir fry. I find I have to work between the boiling and simmering rings when I do one, otherwise it can be too hot! I really like the even heat produced by the Aga oven - it produces an equal heat all around the food which helps to retain the taste and goodness in the food.
