When we built our new house in Shetland it was designed from the very beginning for an Aga! It was strange to see the concrete slab for the house with the raised plinth for the Aga laid in a bare field and imagine that this would be our new kitchen. Is our 4 oven dark blue Aga perhaps the most northerly in Britain?
