2cms makes a difference – Stephen

We moved into our house in July 2005 and planned a new kitchen straight away. We both really wanted an Aga and after many visits to the Aga shop in Knightsbridge decided we would have the 4 oven model. Having measured we realised the chimney breast would need to be enlarged by 2 cms. However this involved taking the whole thing out, supporting 4 floors above, digging down 1 metre for the foundations and then rebuilding to accommodate. The work cost more than the Aga. However, we love it!
