We moved into our new house in Nov 2006! It still had the original solid fuel AGA in the kitchen! We spruced up the kitchen with a coat of paint,and decided to try to improve the AGA too! We oiled the 4 main screws all winter & removed the top. A local foundry shot blasted it& vitreous enamelled it. We bought new chrome domes,re-insulated the doors,& tiled behind it! It's at least 50 years old but still looks fab in our beautiful house! It has a seriel no: SCC 63835
