Orchard Lodge – OrchardLodge

My Aga was installed when I moved to this house as a young bride in 1971. My late husband, the local butcher produced all his cooked meat on the Aga, including particularly delicious hams. The Aga kept me warm when up with babies on cold nights before we had central heating and is always comforting. My new husband was suspicious of the Aga at first but now is a complete convert and lovingly cleans it to keep it looking good. The Aga is the heart of our home.
