The AGA I never thought I'd have – Anne

We live in a listed cottage which had a very small kitchen. Like many families we could not afford to extend or buy an AGA when the children were young but were able to do so after we had the cottage to ourselves. Some of our friends thought we were mad in trying to almost double the size of the accommodation, however, we weren't allowed to because of the listed status. Fortunately we were able to have a single storey extension which became a kichen/diner large enough to have the AGA I'd always dreamt of owning. We opted for a 3 oven with an integrated module thinking it would be big enough for a family should we ever sell the house and I loved the idea of not having a separate cooker when the AGA was turned off in the summer.I just love it.
