Aga under the Window – Jill

Just wondering whether my Aga is the only one installed under a window? My original oil-fired Aga was tucked round a corner out of view. Putting the new gas-fired Aga under the window brought it centre stage and, as all anyone wants to do is stand by the Aga and look out at the view across the surrounding countryside, it is the perfect place. It makes cleaning the windows an acrobatic chore for which I normally turn the Aga down, but otherwise no regrets. The Aga has a balanced flue which is the required distance from any openings so no technical issues.
